Welcome to a fun experiment full of various fitness, health and spiritual testing showing how Bikram Yoga is quite the boost to life. My name is Andre and I will be your guinea pig.
The experiment will be running from October 15, 2011, to around January 31, 2012. I will be performing tests and recording results of my health and fitness before and after the experiment. I had only taken a handful of yoga classes before this experiment, so it will be pretty cool to see the amazing things yoga can do for a beginner in such a short amount of time if you go on a regular basis.

Day 104 - January 26, 2012
I got another email from Mandy asking me to finish up my blog. With my new job, I have put yoga as a second priorty. However, like Bikram, I feel the obligation to share my knowledge of yoga with the World so I am planning to expand this website into something bigger and ongoing.
First, I have started filming people practicing their yoga and I opened up a new page called BIKRAM YOGA EXPERTS. The videos so far have been my most popular videos so this is a good sign to continue this. If you are someone who would like to have your yoga filmed, give me a shout. I'll take a class with you and run a cam. You can either use your video to help improve your technique, or we can show it to others to help them see what's going on.
As for my own progress. I couldn't be happier with the way things are going. I get through the classes without panicking anymore. Breathing has just become easier. The cramps have completely stopped. My legs are solid. I love putting on my jeans in the morning, because everyday when I lift a leg, I can't believe how balanced I feel.
When the experiement is over, I will be putting together a short little documentary of my whole experience and what holds for the future!
