Day 57
I worked a wedding today, so I got up for Cedric's 7:30am Saturday morning class. Cedric is a lot of fun even early on a Saturday morning.
Day 58
Today I brought my friend Steven from South Africa to Roxana's 6:15pm. It was his first Bikram Yoga class at the age of 38. Roxana had her hands full.
Day 59
I took a 10 pm class with Ashley. It was only her 10th time teaching. She was performing most of the poses while instructing. Check out her vid...
Day 60
I couldn't go to class today because of a sore bum.
Day 61
I took Roxana's morning yoga class. I came home to find that they wrote a story about me on the Vancouver Bikram Yoga Blog.
Day 63 - December 16
Yesterday, I took Jacob's 4:15 class and I brought all my camera gear cuz Jacob likes to do film work. Unfortunately I arrived late and there was only one spot open. Coincidentally it was the same spot open the last time I was late... far corner close to the mirror or what I now call the Kits Korner of Kaos... and the significance of the acronym does just fine with me. It is pure evil. I feel it's my duty to show the footage as embarrassing as it seems. ----->
Today I took Jacob's 9:15 class in Kits. Same temperature different spot. Got hot early on but this time felt the cool air when Jacob turned on the fans. Hell of a different. I participated in every posture and kicked some ass.
